About Us
Arthur County School District 500 is an accredited Class III school located in the remote village of Arthur, Nebraska which is nestled in the Nebraska Sandhills, 25 miles north of Lake McConaughy. Arthur County is the least populated county in Nebraska; the district encompasses 746 square miles. The district offers 1:1 laptop computers to its grades 7-12 students, small class sizes, and a dedicated staff of educators who strive to challenge our students to choose excellence.
